What happens to my free trial data?

Free instances come with 2 user licenses. If a free instance goes unused, it's deleted after 90 days.

What's included in the price?

Everything — the full data model, workflows, Rust triggers, Aspen Builder, the Claude Code plugin, Aspen Miner, and all four API classes.

Do you offer volume discounts or custom contracts?

No. Every customer pays the same $50 per user per month — no volume discounts, no lock-in, no negotiated enterprise deals. That's deliberate.
